Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 150 of dates
- 80 g of chopped walnut
- 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 150 g of suggar
- 1 baking powder bag
- Cinnamon
Preparation
- In a big bowl, beat with an electric mixer the eggs with the sugar during 8 minutes.
- Gradually add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nuts and olive oil while beating the mixture.
- Add the dates cut into small pieces and mix with a spatula.
- Brush the pan with olive oil and pour in the mixture.
- Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
